Peter C. Michalos has over 40 years of experience.

Peter prosecutes patent applications in electrical, electronic, computer, e-commerce, medical and mechanical arts and chemical and pharmaceutical arts. He prepares appeal briefs and presents oral arguments before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He conducts patent searches. He prepares validity, right to use, infringement and patentability opinions. He prepares patent, trademark and copyright licenses.
