Milton Wolson is Of Counsel to Notaro, Michalos & Zaccaria P.C.

He provides clients with counseling and advice extending to all facets of intellectual property law. Milt’s practice includes many areas of intellectual property law, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, trademark prosecution, opinions, and copyrights. His patent experience covers a wide range of technologies.

Milt represents clients primarily, but not exclusively, in the patent and trademark areas. Milt has expertise and experience in all facets of U.S. and international patent and trademark procurement, management and strategy. He obtains patents and trademarks for his clients in the U.S. and works with foreign patent and trademark associates in all the industrialized countries to obtain foreign patents and trademarks. He has negotiated numerous license agreements, including complex patent license agreements with major, publicly traded corporations. He has obtained favorable settlements for clients in various matters, including contract disputes before the U.S. Claims Court and the American Arbitration Association.
