Notaro, Michalos & Zaccaria P.C. is closed on most Federal holidays and is closed on the Friday following Thanksgiving Day.


When a holiday falls on a non-workday -- Saturday or Sunday -- the holiday usually is observed on Monday (if the holiday falls on Sunday) or Friday (if the holiday falls on Saturday).


There is no mail delivery and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Courts and Federal Courts of Appeal are closed on Federal holidays.

When the day, or the last day fixed by the U.S. Patent or Trademark law or regulations for taking any action or paying any fee in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office falls on Saturday, Sunday or on a Federal holiday, the action may be taken, or the fee paid, on the next succeeding day which is not Saturday, Sunday or a Federal holiday.
